Conversion of the historic Lebanon Mill Complex into 58 unique artists’ live/work loft condominiums. The Lebanon Mill sits on the Blackstone River in the center of Pawtucket, Rhode Island close to the arts district. Historic elements from the original mill building were incorporated into the design wherever possible including cargo doors, jewelry molds and elevator pulleys. The one and two levels lofts include grand arched windows, brick walls, re-finished existing wood floors and open layouts. Casali worked with buyers to customize layouts and finishes.  

The adaptive reuse also included a three-level parking structure.  The plans were approved by the Rhode Island Historic Commission.
