The Sherman Fairchild Building was renovated to accommodate the newly consolidated Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology laboratories (SCRB). The SCRB labs were previously scattered between Boston and Cambridge including Massachusetts General Hospital, the Longwood campus and Fairchild. Casali worked closely with Harvard University FAS to provide project management, financial control, monthly reporting and graphic support on this complex multi-phased project.
In addition to the Fairchild Building renovation, Casali provided architecture and project management services to nine enabling projects spanning five buildings. The enabling projects included offices, labs, meeting rooms, and a 100-seat lecture hall.
