Casali provided Project Management services for Suffolk University on this fast track phased renovation of the C. Walsh Theatre.

Renovations consisted of: upgrades to the entrance lobby space and finishes; construction of a new stage proscenium; upgrades to the audience chamber with new seating and finishes; upgraded stage & house lighting; installation of multi-media conduit and support infrastructure; installation of a back of stage exterior access door; replacement/upgrade of interior electrical and mechanical systems; construction of a handicap accessible lobby bathroom.
