Casali Group has provided project management services for multiple projects of varying size and complexity for the Harvard University Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology. Working with the challenge of meeting intense HVAC and plumbing needs in existing buildings with aging infrastructure, the projects involved added layers of pre-construction, as well as constant adjustments during construction, and working within occupied laboratory buildings with sensitive operations ongoing at all times, Casali assisted in guiding these projects to successful completion so that the important science being done here could be continued.
