Casali Group provided project management, schedule reporting, and other support for the rehabilitation of the bathrooms, replacement of patios, and upgrade of electrical systems for 217 existing residential townhouse units, the renovation of all parking lots, as well as the new construction of a 12 unit residential building, which included a property management office and community spaces, at the Holyoke Farms residential property in Holyoke MA. The project involved coordinating work on an occupied site and within occupied units, as well as meeting strict owner and lender requirements for budget and schedule.
