Casali Group provided project management, monthly reporting, financial control, architectural and graphic support on the design and construction of this 25,000sf chilled water and electrical substation plant. Located 67 feet below the Northwest Labs Building, the plant serves as satellite to the Oxford Street plant and together they serve 5 million square feet in 74 buildings.
