Casali provided owner’s representation services to the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center/Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College for the new 166,000 gsf Williamson Translational Research Building. The steel framed, six-level project comprises 39 wet laboratories, support space, offices, huddle rooms, team areas, as well as a vivarium, pathology lab, and 200 seat auditorium.

Drawing on our experience working with diverse user groups and multiple stakeholders, Casali – together with a strong internal DHMC team – is involved in all aspects of project management, owner procurement, contracts, risk assessment, financial controls, and monthly reporting.
